• Your name, mobile number and email, so we can confirm your booking and contact you about it.
• Your vehicle registration, so we can find the right tyre size for your car.
• Your address, only if you choose mobile fitting, so the van can find you.
• The booking itself: what you booked, when, and what you paid.

We use this to carry out the booking you asked for, which is the legal basis for using it, and to keep the records the law requires for tax and accounts. We do not send marketing, and we do not sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Only the companies that help us run the booking:

• Our card payment provider, which takes your payment. We never see your full card number.
• Our tyre supplier, which receives the tyre order.
• A vehicle data provider, which turns your registration into a tyre size.
• Our website hosting, database and email providers, which store the booking and send your confirmation.

Booking and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting. Registration to tyre size lookups are kept so repeat searches are instant, and they hold no personal details.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need to keep it. Call us on 01202 003181 or write to us at the address above. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie is one that keeps the shop's own staff signed in to the bookings page.
