Fitting policy and terms
After fitting
- Wheel nuts must be re-checked for tightness after 10 miles of use.
- Please make sure wheel trims are secure before leaving. No claims can be considered after leaving the premises.
Payment and ownership
- Tyres booked online are paid in full at the time of booking.
- Other work is priced and agreed with you before it starts, and paid at the shop when done.
- All goods remain the property of Bournemouth Tyre Centre and Service Ltd until paid for in full.
Changes and cancellations
- You can cancel an online booking any time before your slot from the Manage a booking page. Paid bookings are refunded to the same card.
- To move a booking, call us and we will find you another time.
